Effective Planning Leads to Better Results
Hullo! I'm terribly sorry! It's been too long, but we have too much work as well. For those who are a bit confused, I just started school again, and it is chaotic. Not two weeks in, we have at least 3 projects on hold. It doesn't help that I have one more subject to study. Any way, I don't want to bore you anymore, so I have two posts!😉
One is a piece of advice on studying (aka this one) the other (coming tomorrow, don't be mad😌) is a brand new sketch from the Pencil💛

As tempting it is to stay up late and study before a test, don't. it's more harmful than helpful. Sleep is quintessential for your brain to rest and heal some of the damage it sustains. If you take that away, don't expect your memory to be kind to you on the D-day. It's better to wake up early and study.

Effective Planning Leads to Better Results
With most of us on the brink of higher standards, all the students must inevitably be thinking of burning the midnight oil. But this can easily be avoided by following a few simple study tips. With everything from schedules to eating habits, I've got your back.
The most basic part of planning for a brand new year is making a schedule. As they say, the battle is half won with proper planning. Divide up the topics evenly and do not let work pile up. I find it useful to finish off work the same I receive it. This technique allows us to avoid the black hole of procrastination.
Food habits are the second most essential part. Keep off the carbs and fats. they tend to make you feel lethargic and sleepy. A healthier alternative is fruits and dry fruits. They keep you light and help with your concentration as well. A piece of friendly advice (as told by my mom), DO NOT MISS BREAKFAST. There's a reason people call it the most important meal of the day. After dinner, your body stays without sustenance for 9 hours at least. By skipping breakfast, you are denying it even further. Stay hydrated. Thirst can cause moodiness, which interferes with studies, to say the least.
Have a notice board in your room, or a soft board. Pin up all the work to have to do and all the work you have accomplished there. It is a great motivator, since it is kinda difficult to procrastinate with all the work you have to do glaring at you accusingly. Also, it shows you exactly how much work you've accomplished.
These tips for planning your schedule effectively will definitely help you to achieve better results and ensure you put your best foot forward for a fresh start.
Awesome!!
